Many people are found dead when they wake up in the morning.
That is, there are many examples of people dying while sleeping and waking up in the middle.
Why and how does this happen?
People die suddenly, especially at night when they go out to see if there is running water, for other household chores or to urinate. To avoid this, it is essential for everyone to take a three-and-a-half minute note.
We hear about the sudden death of many healthy and fit people, especially at night. We hear people say, 'Yesterday, just talking to him, how did he suddenly fall at night?'
This is because when you get up at night to go to the toilet, this happens very quickly. We stop suddenly and there is no blood flow to the brain.
Why is 'three and a half minutes' so important? When you wake up in the middle of the night, your ECG is likely to change.
When you get out of bed suddenly, there is a sudden lack of blood in the brain (anemic) which can lead to heart failure.
What to do to survive?
1. When you get up at night, stay in bed for a minute and a half.
2. Sit in bed for another half minute.
3. Sit on the edge of the bed, rest your knees for another half minute.
Thus after three and a half minutes, the blood circulation in your brain is ensured and the heart will not be weakened. Which reduces your risk of falling unconscious and dying suddenly.
Sudden death affects everyone from young to old.
Someone who prefers to be alone and doesn't like crowds, even though the world is wide, being alone is more comfortable.
