The Masanghat of Rakhubasi is 634 ropanis of land of Tilkini under Rakhupiple VDC which has been used by Rakhubasi since time immemorial. The land was registered in the name of the person after 2021 BS. The land is the public land of Rakhubasi, Masanghat of Rakhubasi. ! The Rakhu Social Welfare Committee, Kathmandu, has been fighting a case in the Supreme Court for a long time saying that the land is public land with the rich and the Masanghat of the people of Rakhu. The Supreme Court has ruled that the land is public and not private. After the decision of the Supreme Court, that land has become the public property of us Rakhubasi.
